Are my mom and dad’s credit card details safe?

Yes your credit card details are safe! All credit card transactions take place on PayFast’s secure site, with any sensitive info being encrypted on their database. None of your mom or dad’s credit card details are stored on the site.

 

How long will it take for my pressies to arrive?

Can we order from you if we live in another country?

Yes! Well depending on what country you live in. We now deliver to Lesotho, Swaziland, Botswana, Namibia, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Uganda, Malawi, Kenya, Tanzania, Mauritius & Madagascar.

 

What do I do if I don’t receive my pressies?

Get your mom and dad to Contact Us immediately and we will figure out exactly where your pressies are and what to expect from there on.

 

What if I get my neighbour’s goodies and not mine?

Again, get your mom and dad to Contact Us immediately so we can rectify the mistake. If the product is incorrect, misrepresented by the picture or description, defective or damaged upon delivery, Yuppiepet will speedily rectify the misunderstanding with either a replacement with the correct goods or a full refund. My mom and dad can’t find what I NEED! Help?

This is not the end of the world! Get your mom and dad to Contact Us with the full description of the item you are looking for and we will see if we can locate it for you.

 

How do I buy from Yuppiepet when my mom & dad are fast asleep?

It’s so simple even Yuppie-You can do it! Just follow these simple steps:

  • Browse our range of products
  • Select the item you desire, along with the size and/or colour if there is the option, and then click the ‘Add to Cart’ button
  • Once you are done shopping click the ‘View Cart’ button (top right) to view your total order
  • If you are happy with your selection click ‘Proceed to  checkout’
  • Enter your mom or dad’s personal contact and delivery details (this can also be your mom or dad’s work address)
  • Select your mom and dad’s payment option (Credit Card, Bank Transfer)
  • Review your order one last time before proceeding to checkout
  • Click the ‘Pay now’ button and follow the prompts
  • Your order will be hand delivered via our courier company to the address you have given us. Find out more about deliveries here.

 

What are my payment options?

The following payment options are available:

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Amex)
  • Instant EFT during check out through I-Pay
  • EFT bank transfer post check out

I-Pay allows you to log into your online banking during the check out process and to continue with payment as you would when making a normal EFT. The benefit of I-Pay is that funds are transferred immediately so that there is no delay in processing your order while waiting for the funds to clear from your bank account into Yuppiepet's. 

 

Can my mom and dad buy goodies from your physical store?

We are purely an online store with our offices in Pretoria. The advantage of this is that we are available 24/7 for any enquiries or questions that you wish to ask us – just email one of us depending on the subject and we will get back to you within 24 hours. It is also very convenient to have food and yummy treats delivered to your door, saving your mom and dad precious time and their backs!

 

Do my mom and dad need to create an account?

Not at all. Your parents can buy goodies for you without creating an account. The advantages of creating an account however, will speed up any future checkouts, store delivery and billing details, enable your mom and dad to track their order, view order history, participate in our Yappie Yuppies page and give product reviews. Sounds like a winner so create an account here.

 

What if a toy I order from you breaks while I'm playing with it?

Unfortunately this is a risk your mom and dad take when buying toys for you. Yuppiepet will ask the supplier if they are willing to refund your mom and dad or replace the broken toy, but cannot garantee that the manufacturer will accept liability for this. After all - pets like to chew toys and they can break!

 

What if I’m sick and need a Vet to look at me?

Although we have a Vet available to give advice online and answer any questions, our Doc cannot see you or do any tests to find out what is wrong with you. We highly recommend you get your mom and dad to take you to your local for a consultation.
