Shipping and Delivery Info

Orders, no matter how BIG or small, will be delivered free* of charge to Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town & Durban.

There will be no deliveries between the 21st of December 2022 and the 5th of January 2023.

Delivery will be FREE for all orders over the value of R500.00 to Jhb, Pta, CT & Dbn. A R55.00 delivery fee will be charged for orders under R500.00 to Jhb, Pta, CT & Dbn. All other regions will have a flat delivery fee of R120-00. You can check if we deliver to you on our checkout page by requesting a quote. We only use courier.

Delivery times may vary pending stock availability and the address the parcel is to be delivered to. Deliveries to major cities usually take 2 – 3 working days. You will be able to track your deliveries using the tracking number we send you, otherwise contact us at Dexter@yuppiepet.co.za. 

Home/Office delivery via courier is weekdays between 8am and 6pm.
